Candle and Waxmelt
Care Guide

Candle Care
Show your candle some extra love and extend its life by following our candle care guidelines:
HOW TO LOVE YOUR CANDLE
TRIM THE WICK
Keep the wick trimmed to 0.6cm at all times - trim before use for best practice
LET THE WAX POOL
Each time you light your candle, let the candle burn until the wax melts across the entire surface area - this will avoid tunnelling
CHECK THE TIME
Burn your candle for up to a maximum of four hours at a time
BURN IT SAFELY
Always burn your candle on a stable and heat-resistant surface, avoid drafts, keep away from children and pets, and never leave your candle unattended
STORAGE
Keep your candles in a cool + dry location and avoid sunbeams
KNOW WHEN TO SAY GOODBYE
When only 1cm of wax remains in your candle jar, it’s time to say goodbye

Waxmelt
Care
Our waxmelts are thoughtfully hand-poured to gently fill your space with fragrance, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere in any room.
HOW TO USE WAXMELTS IN WAX BURNER
PLACE ONE WAXMELT PIECE IN THE DISH OF YOUR WAX BURNER
Allowing it to sit neatly at the centre.
LIGHT A TEALIGHT CANDLE BENEATH YOUR BURNER DISH
As the heat builds slowly, the wax will begin to soften and melt.
RELEASE THE FRAGRANCE
As the wax melts, it releases its fragrance gradually — filling your space with a soft, lingering scent that creates a calm and welcoming atmosphere.
PAUSE AND ENJOY
Let the scent unfold around you. Whether you're starting your day or winding down, allow this moment to bring a sense of stillness and comfort.
REFRESH
Each waxmelt piece can release a fragrance for up to 10 hours. Once the fragrance has faded, allow the wax to cool and solidify. Gently remove it with a spoon and replace with a new waxmelt when you're ready to enjoy it again.
CARE TIP
Do not add water. Always use your burner in a well-ventilated area and never leave it unattended while in use.
